We were looking at booking a few days here. Looks amazing, and sites look to be in good shape. Went on line and put in the dates we want, no issues. The issue to me is to actually pick the site you want they require an extra $30 Lock Fee! I emailed them asking to explain this Lock fee which they did respond. I asked then if the site I want is available on the dates I entered they why should I pay a Lock fee as well. To me it is a Nicole and dime game to the customer. The reply from the campground was you don't have to pay the Lock fee, but you are not guaranteed that spot just one simular. Sorry not paying around $60 per night with no say so in the site. Did let them know I will be looking else where to stay. Just be aware if you want a specific site it will cost you more.

Reserved with them, and then got a confirmation email that stated they only allow 2 pets per site. Since we travel with 3, we immediately canceled. We got none of our deposit back. This upsets me because they should clearly post the pet policy up front and a 10 minute reservation shouldn't cost nearly 200$. Go elsewhere.

Nice and quiet and easy to get to. Price was reasonable. Only complaint was the water connection- low pressure at my site plus a lot Of rust in the water . Did not have this previously when we stayed here. Lucky I had pre-filter that caught a lot of it .

Spent almost a week in the winter. Still had water at the sites! Lots of trees. Pleasant staff. Not crowded. About a 10 minute drive to Pigeon Forge. Will go again.

Awesome rv park! Second time to stay here and once again didn’t disappoint! Close enough to everything but far enough away from all the bright lights and traffic. This is always our first place to look when coming to Pigeon Forge area.

Very nice RV park. Only drawback is there are no ameneties whatsoever. If nothing else it would be nice to have laundry on site. In another campground they resolved it clever with some old trolleys that they parked on a site and put some washing machines and dryers in there. Also a common parthay to the creek with some steps would be nice. The park was not fully occupied so we were able to use a vacant lot. This campground is much nicer than others in the area. Busy streets are far away so its really nice and quiet.

Nice park with plenty of room between mostly shaded sites. We did not miss all the frills. Conveniently located for all the area has to offer. Plenty of grass for the furry member of the family. Sites are large gravel with paved roads. We will come back here next time.

Beautiful campground, well maintained, great location. Recommend getting the one on the creek just because it’s beautiful. Lots of shade, private, lots of room. Will go back!!!
